Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the Village Council of the Village of Ply -mouth, Minnesota was held on
the 18th day of October, 1971. The following members were present:
Councilmen Johnson, Rintz, Spaeth and Hunt. The following member was
absent: Mayor Hilde.
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-397
WHEREAS, Mr. Roy M. Klausman, 9800A 26th Ave. N., requested
approval of a subdivision waiver of Lot 5, Block 2, Klausman's Addition,
and
WHEREAS, the petitioner has agreed to install sewer and water
services for the newly created lot and said sewer tonnection will be,
made with a tapping machine and a saddle as required by Village Ordinaace,
and
WHEREAS, the petitioner has submitted the amount of 5200.00
(Account 360-4) to be held in escrow for above agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:.
"1. That the requirements of Ordinance No. 66 -1 -of the
Village"of Plymouth passed on January 10, 1966, and
filed on April 6,- 1966, in Book 1035 of Miscellaneous
Records, page 497, 'Register of Deeds, Hennepin County,,
Minnesota relating to the conveyance of parcels of
land less than five (5) acres in area and 300 feet in
width are hereby'waived as to the following described
lands:
I Tract A:
Lot 5, Block.2., Klausman's Addition, except the South
100.00 feet thereof
Tract B:
The South 100.00 feet of Lot 5, Block 2, Klausman's
j Addition."
OThe motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hintz, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Councilmen Johnson, Spaeth and Hintz.
Tht following voted against or abstained: None. Councilman
Hunt had not as yet arrived at the meeting.
Whereupon the resolution was declared .duly passed and adopted.

the same is a full, true and complete trans,7ript therefrom as the
same relates to a resolution waiving subdiv_iion requirements for
Lot 5, Block 2, Klausmar:'s Addition.
