Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
18th day of October, 1971, The following members were present:
Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt, who arrived late.
The following member was absent: Mayor Hilde.

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-396
WHEREAS, it is necessary to get permission and execute an agreement
with the Minneapolis Industrial Railroad Company to allow the Village of
Plymouth to install a watermain across their property at Fernbrook Lane, and
WHEREAS, this crossing is necessary to complete the Southeast Water
Project #71-0,A.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
The Mayor of the Village of Plymouth is hereby authorized to
execute an agreement with the Minneapolis Industrial Railroad
Company to allow crossing their property at Fernbrook Lane
with a watermain.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hintz and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Councilmen Johnson, Hintz and Spaeth.
The following voted against: None. Councilman Hunt had not yet arrived
at the meeting. Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clark of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the foregoing extract of the minutes.*f a regular mating of the
Village Council of said Village held on October 18, 1971, with the
original thereof on file in my office and the same is a true and complete
transcript therefrom.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such Clerk and the corporate seal of
the Village this 21st day of October, 1971.
