HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1971-396VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 18th day of October, 1971, The following members were present: Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt, who arrived late. The following member was absent: Mayor Hilde. **e Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 71-396 WHEREAS, it is necessary to get permission and execute an agreement with the Minneapolis Industrial Railroad Company to allow the Village of Plymouth to install a watermain across their property at Fernbrook Lane, and WHEREAS, this crossing is necessary to complete the Southeast Water Project #71-0,A. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: The Mayor of the Village of Plymouth is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with the Minneapolis Industrial Railroad Company to allow crossing their property at Fernbrook Lane with a watermain. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hintz and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Councilmen Johnson, Hintz and Spaeth. The following voted against: None. Councilman Hunt had not yet arrived at the meeting.
