RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
18th day of October, 1971. The following members were present:
Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. The following member was
absent: Mayor Hilde.

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-395 (`

WHEREAS, a resolution of the Village Council adopted the 20th day
of September, 1971 fixed the 10th day of October, 1971 as the date for
a public hearing on the storm sewer improvement at County Highways 1718
and 179 Project f71 -1,2,D (County Highway Project #691.2), and
WHEREAS, all property owners whose property is liable to be
assessed for the making of this improvement was given ten days' published
notice of hearing through two weekly publications of the required notice
and the hearing was held.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
j VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
{ "Such improvement as set out above, Project 071-2,D (County
1 Highway #6912) for the streets indicated above is hereby
ordered as proposed."
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hintz and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and
Hunt.
The following voted against or abstained: None.
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, t!e undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of
the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the i:,regoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of
the Village Council of said Village.held on October 18, 1471, with the
original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and
complete transcript therefrom.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such Clerk and the corporate seal
of the Village this 5th day of November, 1471.
