RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMV.NT
Pursuant t,) due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council 4 the Village of Plymouth, tlinnesota was held on the 18th
day of October, 1971. The following members were present: Councilmen
Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. The following member was absent:
Mayor Hilde.
Councilman Hintz introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-394
WHEREAS, a Resolution of the Village Council adopted the 20th day
of September, 1971 fixed the 18th day of October, 1971, as the date for
a public hearing on a storm sewer improvement at County Highways #18 and
#10, Project #71-2,A (County Highway Projects #6707 and #7010), and
WHEREAS, all property owners whose property is liable to be
aseessed for the making of this improvement was given ten days' published
notice of the Council hearing through two weekly publications of the
required notice and the hearing was held.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
"Such improvement as set out above, Project #71-2,A (County
Highway Projects #6707 and #7010) for the streets indicated
above is hereby ordered as proposed."
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being, taken thereon, the
following voted in -favor thereof: Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth
and Hunt.
The following voted against or abstained: None.
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

the tillage of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have r:arefully
compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of
the Village Council of said Village held on October 18, 1971, with the
original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and
complete transcript therefroa.
