Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a vaquhw� (special) meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on
the 9th day of October . 1971. The following !members were
present: -or Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt
IThe following members were absent: None
Councilman'Hintz introduced the following Resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-393
WHEREAS, it was broLght out that th.' assessmenc made for the
residents on County Road #6 and Niagara Lang for Project No. 70-1,0,8-A
Parkers Lake Improvements did not conform to Resolution No. 69-382
adopted on October 18, 1969.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
It is hereby ordered that the aseessment•ioll for residents on
County Road #6 and Niagara Lane for Project #70-1,0,8-A shall
tLe made- to conform to the policy stated in Resolution No.
69-382 adopted October 18, 1969;
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon.
,the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hintz_
Johnson, Spaeth and Hunt . The following voted against (abstained).
Norte . Whereupon the resolution was declared
duly passed and adopted.
