Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a ra®obw4 (special) meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on
the 9th day of October , 1971. The following -members were
present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt
The following members were absent: None
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-392
WHEREAS, it was asked to look at the lots in Block 4, Wilshire
Gardens and consider whether or not consideration is to be given to
pie shaped lots on a curvilinear lot and if the assessment is consistent.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
Assessment on Lot 4, Block 4, Wilshire Gardens, for Project
No. 71-0,A Southeast Water Improvement is to be amended and
based on a minimum of 110' frontage.
The motion for L%e adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth
and Hunt The following voted against (.
Mayor Hilde Whereupon the resolution was declared
duly passed and adopted.
