Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
4th day of October, 1971. The following members were present:
Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Hintz, Johnson, Spaeth and Hunt. The following
members were absent: None.
Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-381
WHEREAS, bids were let for construction of two warming
houses, one at LaCompte Green Park and the of yr at
Pilgrim Lane Park, and
WHEREAS, the bid for LaCompte Green Park warming house
of $4275 and Pilgrim Lane Park warming house of $4450
made by Mr. Les Rascob was the lowest bid received, and
WHEREAS, all except $840 of the above amount is
available, and
WHEREAS, it is requested that the Council approve the
appropriation of $840 for this project from the Park
Dedication Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
Approval is hereby given to appropriate $840 from the
Park Dedication Fund to help finance the construction
of two warming houses at the above named parks.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hintz and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson,
Hintz and 'Spaeth. The following voted against: Councilmen Hunt.
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the
Village Council of said Village held on October 4, 1971, vitbc.the original
thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete
transcript therefrom.
