Pursuant to due rF1l and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
4th day of October. 1 71 at 7:30 P.M. The following members were
present: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt
The following members were absent: None
Councilman Hintz introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71.975-
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE PUBLICATION OF
NOTICE OF HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
FOR THE FOLLOWING IMPROVEMENT PROJECT:
1. Project g71 -0-A,2 SOUTHEAST WATER PROJECT (Vinewood b
Wedge0ood Area)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOiigf
1.A proposed assessment roll for the above named improvement, prepared
by the Village Clerk, with the assistance of Bonestroo, Rosene,
Anderlik b Associates, Inc. is hereby received and ordered to be
placed on file in the office of the Village Clerk, where it shall be
and remain open to public inspection.
2. The Village Cldrk shall publish notice ofthe tiwe and,placs of •
hearing an such proposed assessment in the .official newspaper at
least two waek3 prior to the ties specified for such hearing. The
Clerk shall also mail a copy of such notice to the owner of each
parcel of land, described in the assessment roll, with such sailed
notice to be given no less than two weeks prior to the date of
heatW on such proposed assessment roll.
3. Such notice shall state the date, time andplaceof such hearing.
the general nature of the improvement, the aresc,proposed to be
assessed, that the proposed assessment roll Is on file with the
Clark, and that written or oral objections thereto by any property
owner will be considered.
4. The Village Council shall Beet at the tima;and.place specified in
such notice to'pass upon such proposed'assessuent.
5. The date set for public hearing is October 21, 1471, to Oe held
at 7:30 P.M. in the Villags,Council.Chambers, 14900 23rd Ave. N.
The above notion was seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon
vote being taken thereon. the following.voted in favor thereof:

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the
Village Council of said Village held on October 4, 1971, with the
original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and
complete transcript therefrom.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such Clerk and the corporate seal
of the Village this 29th day of October, 1971.
