Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
4th day of October, 1971. The following members were present:
Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. The following
*embers were absent: None.
Councilman Hintz introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION N0. 71- 374
RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE PREPARATION
OF ASSESSMENT ROLL
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA AS FOLLOWS:
1. It is hereby determined that the total cost for the project
listed below, including all incidental expenses, and that the
ane to be assessed against the benefitted property is as
listed below:
PROJECT 871-0-A,2 SOUTHEAST HATER PROJECT
(Vinewood-Wedgewood Area) $107,025.09 ASSESSMENT
2. The Village Clerk with the assistance of Bonestroo, Rosene,
Anderlik f. Associates, .Inc. aWl'forthwith calculate the
proper amount to be specially assessed for the improvement
against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within
the district affected in accordance with the provision of
Section 429.061, Minnesota Statutes.
The above motion vas duly seconded by Councilman Johnson
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted In favor thereof:

Whereupon the Resolution vas declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified Clerk of the Village of
Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the
foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village
Council of said Village held on October 4, 1971, with the original
thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete
transcript therefrom.
