HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1971-371VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the riliage Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 1 4ch day of October, 1971. The following memhers were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz. Spaeth and Hunt. The following members were absent: None. t Councilman Spaeth introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: I RESOLUTION NO. 71-371 i WHEREAS, Ban -Con, Inc, of St. Paul, Minnesota has asked that approval hbe given for certain revisions to the development plan for "Chelsea Woods" j First Addition to be covered by the Development Contract for same, and WHEREAS, rezoning of the land was approved by Ordinance #71-17, and WHEREAS, the final plat was approved by Resolution 071-272 on July 19, 1971, subject to the completion of the Development Contract and final review by the Village Attorney of covenants and restrictions against the I land. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: The Chelsea Woods First Addition located at the Northeast corner of Dunkirk Lane and County Road B6 revised development plan as follows is hereby approved: 1. Consolidate Blocks 6 and 7 and designate as Block 1. 2. Change the designation of Block 5 to Block 2. 3. Change the location of a swimming pool to the northwest corner of Block 1 and provide one wading pool. Further, that the minimum size of the swimming pool will not be less than 1700 square feet. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being --taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz and Spaeth. The following member abstained: Councilman Hunt. Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. Page 2, Res.
