VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
4th day of October,�1971.' The following members were present: Mayor
Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. The following members
were absent: None.
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-370
WHEREAS, the Council was asked to approve Addendum 81 to Subdivision
Development Contract for Circle Star Development Company, and
WHEREAS, this addendum covers changes due to the subdivision waiver
granted by Resolution No. 70-462 on November 2, 1970 for Lots 5, 6, 8 and
9 and the easterly 11.25 feet of Lots 4 and 10, all in Block 2. and
WHEREAS, this deals primarily with the financing of Change Order
81 to Public Improvement Project 870-1.0,8-A which was approved by
Resolution No. 71-118 on April 5, 1971, and
WHEREAS, a check for $10,664.50 for 25% down payment as:required
by said Development Contract has been received.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
Approval is hereby given for Addendum #1 to the Circle Star
Development Company Subdivision Contract to cover changes
due to the subdivision waiver granted by Resolution 870-462
adopted November 2, 1970 and described above.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson,
Hintz. Spaeth and Hunt.
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of
the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular (IIWKTHZ)
meeting of the Village Council of said Village held on October 4, 1971,
with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full,
true and complete transcript therefrom.
