Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular, imandak) meeting
of t1.=: ?:Mage Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on
the 4th day of _ October , 1971. The following -members were
present: Fayor Hilda, Councilman Johnson, Hints, Spaeth and Hunt
,The following members were absent: None

Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-366
WHEREAS, a change older was presented for approval to Sewer and Fater '
Project f71-1,2,0-C and f68-1.0-C Cavanaugh Addition and 34th 6 Xenium Lane
for removal of existing poor soil on Juneau Lane between 31st Ave. and 32nd Ave.
at a cost of $800.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
Change Order No. 1 in the mount of $800 for the above named
project is h.raby approved for the contract with Krohn Drainage,
1501 W. 60th St.. Minneapolis, Minn.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda. Councilmen Johnson,
Hints. Spaeth and Hunt The following voted against (abstained):+++
None Whereupon the resolution was declared'
duly passed and adopted.
