VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular, mak) meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, ri.nnesota was held on
the 4th day of flggaber . 1971. The following•mem!>ers were
present: Mayor Hilda, Councilasn Johnson, Hints. Spaeth and Hunt
The following members were absent; None

Councilsan Hunt introduced the following Resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION N0. 71-365
WHEREAS, the Village Engineer requested approval for Change Order #1
to Project X170 -1.8,8-E, contract with C. S. McCrossan. lite. of Osseo, Minn.
to build a linastone. retaining wall along the west side of the Va. Boyden
property in the southeast corner of 36th Ave. and Zachary Lane.
NOW THEREFORE. BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
Approval is hereby given to approve Change Order 01 for tha reason
stated above at an astisated cost of $4,620.00 and charge the
Change Order to the Project as originallyintended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted In favor thereof: Mayor Hilda,. Councilmen Hintt.
Johnson. Spaeth and Hunt The following voted against (abstained).
Nope Whereupon the resolution was declared
duly passed and adopted.
