Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a rrgular meeting of the

Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota vas '.geld on the
4th day;of October, 1971. The following members were present:
Mayor .?tlde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. The following
members were absent: None.
Councilman Hunt introduced the following resolution and moved its *r!
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-363
WHEREAS, P preliminary report for Storm Sewer Project 071-2,D
(County Project #6802 and 06912), impr-)vement at County State Aid
Highways 018 and #9 dated October 4, 1971 was received by the Village
Council from the Village Engineer estimating cost for such. improvement
to be $10,951.17.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FZREBY RESOLVED BY THE :VILLAGE COUNCIL OF t
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
The Council will consider the aforesaid improvement,'Project
071-2,D (County Projects 06802 and 06912) in accordance with
the report and the assessment of property abutting or within
said boundaries for all or a portion of the cost of the
improvement pursuant to M.S.A. Sec. 429.011 to 429.111 at
the estimated total cost of the improvement as shown.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson,
Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. The following voted against or abstained: None;
Wiereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that i have carefully compared
