VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant tr 'ue call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth. Minnesota was held on the
4th day of October. 1971. The following members were present:
Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson. Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. The following
members were absent: None.
Councilman Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-362
WHEREAS, a preliminary report for storm sewer Project 1171-2,A at
County State Aid Highways f18 and #10 dated May 11, 1971 was received
by the Village Council from the Village Engineer estimating cost for
such improvement to be $32.712.92.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
The Council will consider the aforesaid improvement, Project
A71 -2,A - (County Project 06707 A 7010) 16rhccordance with
the report and the assessment of property abutting or within
said boundaries for all or a portion of the cost of the
improvement pursuant to H.S.A. Sec. 429.011 to 429.111, at
the estimated total cost of the improvement as shown.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Spaeth and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson,
Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt.
The following voted against or abstained: None.
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of
the Village Council of said `.'illage held on October 4, 1971 with the
original thereof on file in -r office and the same is a full, true and
complete transcript therefrom.
