RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT
b CALLING FOR PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
14th day of October, 1971.

The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
i
jJohnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. The following members were absent: None.
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following, resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-361
WHEREAS, a report has been given by the Village Engineer to the
Village Council April 19, 1971 for Project f70 -8,9-D, sewer and water
mains on 8th, 9th and 10th Ave. west of County Road #18.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
1. The Council will consider the installation of sewer
and water on 10th Avenue North from Nathan Lane to County
Road F18 frontage road. possibly in 1971, at an estimated
cost of $45,000 and the assessment of property abutting
or within said boundaries for all or a portion of the
cost of the improvement pursuant to M.S.A. Sec. 429.011
to 429.111.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improve-
ment on the 1st day of November, 1971 at 7:30 P.M.
In the Village Council Chambers, 14900 23rd Ave. No..
and the Village Engineer shall give published notice
of such hearing and improvement as required by law.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hintz and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson,
Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. The following voted against or abstained:
None.
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of
the Village nuncil of said Village held on October 4, 1971, with the
original ".hereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and
complete transcript therefrom.
