Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was heli
on the 4th day of October, 1971. The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt.

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
lits adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-360
WHEREAS, Mr. Anthony Lubowitz, 2120 Queensland Lane, requested approval
of a subdivision waiver for Lots 3 and 5, Block 2, Snyder's Lakeview Addition
fallowing him to add approximately half an acre to Lot 5 from Lot 3,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
1. That the requirements of Ordinance #66-1 of the Village of Plymouth
passed on January 10, 1966, and filed on April 6, 1966 in Book 1035
of Miscellaneous Records, page 497, Register of Deeds, Hennepin
County, Minnesota, relating to the conveyance of parcels of land less
than five (5) acres in area and 300 feet in width are hereby waived
as to the following described lands:
Tract A:
That part of Lot 3, Block 2, Snyder's Lakeview Addition, according
to the recorded plat thereof which lies northwesterly of the follow-
ing described line: Beginning at the most southerly corner of said

Lot 3; thence northeasterly, along the southeasterly line of said
Lot 3, a distance of 51.92 feet to the angle point in the southerly
line of said Lot 3; thence northeasterly deflecting to the right 8
degrees and 45 minutes, a distance of 280.40 feet, more or less, to
the northeasterly line of said Lot 3 and said line there terminating.
Tract B:
Lot 5 and that part of Lot 3 which lies southeasterly of the follow-
ing described line and its northeasterly extension: Beginning at the
most southerly corner of said Lot 3; thence northeasterly, along the
southeasterly line of said Lot 3, a distance of 51.92 feet to the
angle point in the southerly line of said Lot 3; thence northeasterly
deflecting to the right 8 degrees and 45 minutes, a distance of 28L.40
feet, more or less, to the northeasterly line of said Lot 3.
All in Block 2, Snyder's Lakeview; according to recorded plat thereof.
The :notion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Johnson, and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. The following voted
against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared
duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of
the Village of Plymouth. Minnesota, hereby certify that I have care-
fully compared the attached and foregoing extract of the minutes of a
regular meeting of the Village Council of said Village held October 4,
1971, with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a
full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
