Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
4th day of October, 1971. The following members were present:
Mayer ild Councilmen Johnann, Hintz- Spaeth and Hunt

Cannf-4 1Mn _lnhnann introduced the following Resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71--1
WHEREAS, the Council has approved the operating budgets for the
period commencing January 1, 1972 and certain monies to finance said
budgets are required to be raised from taxes on taxable property in
the Village of Plymouth.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF

THE VILLAGE. OF PLYTTOUTH THAT THE FOLLOWINC. SUMS':OF 11ONEY BE RAISED
BY TAR ON TAXABLE PROPERTY IN THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH FOR THE YEAR 1972
AS SET OUT IN THE ADOPTED 1972 VILLAGE BUDGET:

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Coun i7eean Hing and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: M=r HLIde_ Councilmen Johann_
Hintz, Hunt and Spaeth The following voted against (abstained).
none Whereupon the resolution was declared
duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth. Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the
Village Council of said Village held on October 4, 1971, with the original
thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete
transcript therefrom.
