VILLAGE OF PLYMOLTH
RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVE.'ENT
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting c` the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held en the
4th day of October, 1971.

The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen.
Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. The following members were absent: None.

Councilman Hunt introduced the following resolution and move -d its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-357
WHEREAS, a resolution of the Village Council adopted the 20th day
of September, 1971, fixed the 4th day of October, 1971, as the date for
a public hearing for installation of a watermain on "Lathan Lane from
Pilgrim Lane North to 26th Avenue North for the following described
properties:
Lots 1 and 20 Block 8, Rearrangement of, in
Medicine Lake Park Third Division.
WHEREAS, all property owners whose property is liable to be assessed
for the making of these improvements were given ten days' published notice
of the Council hearing through two weekly publications of the required
notice and the hearing was Feld and the property owners heard on the 4th
day of October, 1971.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
IOF PLYMOUTH:
1. Such improvement as set out above and for the properties
as above indicated are hereby ordered as proposed in the
Council Resolution adopted September 20. 1971.
2. The Village Manager is hereby directed to negotiate a
Change order with Northdals Construction to install a
water main on Nathan Lane from Pilgrim Lane to 26th
Avenue North at the same bid cost that he is charging
on Project #70-1.0-E.

he motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hintz and upon vote being taken thereon, the
(following voted in favor thereof: Mayo. Hilde, Councilmen Johnson.
Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. The following vo�ed against or abstained:
None.
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of
the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the
Village Council of said Village held October 4, 1971, with the original
thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete
I transcript therefrom.
