OF VILLAGE, COUNCIL OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof. a special meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth. Minnesota, was held on the 30th day of
September commencing at 7:10 P.M. at the Beacon Heights Elementary School,
12315 State Highway 055, Minneapolis, Minn.
The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz,
Spaeth and Hunt. The following Lember was absent: Councilman Johnson.

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-347 (B)
(Levy 5317)
A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING AND CERTIFYING
DELINQUENT WATER CHARGES
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Section 444.075 M.S.A. and
Chapter VIII, Section 8.02 of Village Code of the Village of Plymouth,
Minnesota, a determination has been made that certain charges for water
service have not been paid as provided by law; and
WHEREAS, attached hereto is a statement of all such delinquent
accounts relating to specific properties within said Village with interest
at the rate of 82.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA AS FOLLOWS;
1. That such statement of delinquent water accounts is hereby
confirmed and certified to be true and correct.
2. That the Village Finance Director is directed to deliver a
copy of such statement together with a certified copy of
this Resolution to the Auditor of Hennepin County, Minnesota,
as provided by law.
The above motion was seconded by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being
taken thereon. the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Hints, Spaeth and Hunt. No one voted against.
Whereupon said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

to the undersigned being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the foregoing extract of minutes of a special meeting of the
Village Council of said Village held September 30, 1971 with the
original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and
complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to delinquent
water charges.
WITNESS. My hand officially as such Clerk and the corporate seal of
the Village this 12th day of October, 1971.
