HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1971-347AEXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF VILLAGE COUNCIL OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 30th of September, 1971, com- mencing at 7:10 P.M. at the Beacon Heights Elementary School, 12315 State Highway # 55, Minneapolis, Minnesota. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Spaeth, and Hunt. The following member was absent: Councilman Johnson. Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 71-347-A (Levy # 5317) A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING AND CERTIFYING DELINQUENT SANITARY SEWER CHARGES Whera* pursuant to the provisions of Section 444.075 -M.S.A, and Chapter VIII, Section 8.02 of the Village Code of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, a determination has been made that certain charges for sanitary sewer service have not been paid as provided by law, and WHERAS, attached hereto is a statement of all such delinquent accounts relating to specific properties within said Village with interest at the rate of 8t. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: 1. That such statement of delinquent sanitary sewer accounts is hereby confirmed and certified to be true and correct. ( Res. No. 71-347-A) 2. That the Village Finance Director is directed to deliver a copy of such statement together with a certified copy of this resolution to the Auditor of Hennepin County, Minnesota, as provided by law. The above motion was secondd by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken theron, the following voted in favor therof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Spaeth, and Hunt. No one voted against. Whereupon said Resolution was declared passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN) Si. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH) I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a special meeting of the Village Council of said Village held September 30, 1971, with the original therof on file in by office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to delinquent sanitary sewer charges.
