OF VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
PLY MUTH, MIMKESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on
the 30th of September 1971 commencing at 7:00 P.M, at the Beacon
Heights Elementary School, 12315 Highway x`55, Minneapolis, Minnesota.
The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz,
Hint and Spaeth. The lbllowing member was absent: Councilman Johnson.

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and roved

A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING AND CERTIFYING WEED
ERADICATION AND DESTRUCTION CHARGES
WHEREAS, pursues to the provisions of Section 18.271, M.S.A., the Weed
Inspector of the Village of Plymouth has caused the destruction and
eradication of noxious weeds on certain lands within said Village; and
WHEREAS, the affected property owners were served with the proper
entices and verified and itemised statements of the cost of all services
rendered in connection with such destruction and eradication have
properly submitted and filed all as provided bV law; and
WHEREAS, attached hereto is a statement of such expenses against the
lands in question, which expenses are to be entered as a tax upon such
lead.
NOW, TH MEFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYIVUTH, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS:
1. That such statement of expenses of eradication and destruction
of noxious weeds against each of the lands set out in such
statement is hereby confirmed and certified to be true and
correct.
2. That the Village Finance Director is directed to deliver a
copy of such statement together with a certified copy of
this Resolution to the Auditor of Hennepin County, Minnesota,
as provided by law.

The above motion vas seconded by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. No one voted against.
Thereupon said Resolution vas declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a special
meeting of the Village Council of said Village held Septevber 30th, 1971
with the original thereof on file in mW office and the same is a full,
true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same related to
feed eradication and destruction charges.
WITNESS, Vy hand officially as such Clerk and the corporate seal
of the Village this 12th day of October, 1971.
