VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 20th
day of September, 1971. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Johnson, Spaeth and Hunt. The following member was absent:
Councilman Hintz.
Councilman Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-343
RESOLUTION DIRECTING PREPARATION OF ASSESSMENT ROLL
FOR IMPROVE]MENT PROJECT LISTED BELOW IN ACCORDANCE
WITH THE FINANCE DIRECTOR'S A'TFNDED LIST DATED
SEPTEMBER 20, 1971
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HE-EBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA AS FOLLOWS:
1. It is hereby determined that the total cost of the project
listed below, including all incidental expenses, and the
sum to be assessed against the benefitted property is as
follows:
PROJECT IMPROVEMENT AREA TOTAL ASSESSMENT
1171-0,8-H 36th Avenue, Zachary Lane to
Jonquil Lane $119,743
2. The Village Clerk with the assistance of Bonestroo, Rosene,
Anderlik 6 Associates, Inc. shall forthwith calculate the
proper amount to be specially assessed for the improvement
against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within
the district affected in accordance with the provisions of
Section 429.061, Minnesota Statutes.
The above motion was duly seconded by Councilman Spaeth and upon
vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Spaeth and Hunt. The following
voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the resolution
was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village
Council of said Village held on September 20, 1971, with the original thereof
as file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript
therefrom. WITNESS. My hand as such Clerk and the corporate seal this 24th
