Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular, (spm) meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on
the 20th day of September , 1971. The following -members were
present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Spaeth and Hunt
The following members were absent: Councilman Hintz
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-341
WHEREAS, the Construction & Sinking fund disbursement for the
period ending September 20, 1971 was submitted for approval.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
The Construction and Sinking Fund disbursement in the amount of
$980,085.88 for the period ending Sept. 20, 1971 is hereby
approved.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly

None Whereupon the resolution was declared

Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully

full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
