HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1971-341VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular, (spm) meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 20th day of September , 1971. The following -members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Spaeth and Hunt The following members were absent: Councilman Hintz Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 71-341 WHEREAS, the Construction & Sinking fund disbursement for the period ending September 20, 1971 was submitted for approval. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: The Construction and Sinking Fund disbursement in the amount of $980,085.88 for the period ending Sept. 20, 1971 is hereby approved. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by ct,,.,,,.{lm n t„hne,,., and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:_M,ato,.
