Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular, (x:!) meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on
the 20th day of September , 1971. The following -members were
preFent: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hunt and Spaeth
ITh. following, members were absent: Councilman Hintz

Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution
land moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION N0. 71-340
WHEREAS, the General Fund disbursement for the period ending
Sept. 20, 1971 was submitted for approval.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE. COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
The General Fund disbursement. in the amount of $76,494.22
for the period ending September 20, 1971 is hereby approved.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly

seconded by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof:Maygr Hilda rnrnnrilman _Inhnnnn
and Hunt The following voted against AnbpNpfiONdao
Councilman Spaeth Whereupon the resolution was declared
duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth. Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully

1971, with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a
full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
