OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call. and notice thereof, a regular, 4nIM519st) meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 20th day of September , 1971. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hunt and Spaeth The following members were absent: Councilman Hintz. e** *** as* Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 71-339 WHEREAS, the payroll disbursement for the period ending September 15, 1971 was submitted for approval. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: Approval is hereby given for the payroll disbursement in the amount of $27,684.92 for the period ending September 15, 1971. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hunt and Spaeth The following voted against (abstained). None Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN ) SS. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH) I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular (amrsisi) meeting of the Village Council of said Village held on Sept. 20 , 1971, with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
