Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular, (apzdrat) meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on
the 20th day of September . 1971. The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Spaeth and Hunt .
The following members were absent: Councilman Hintz

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution
and moved its adoption: i
RESOLUTION N0. 71-337
WHEREAS, the Village Engineer recommended that approval be given
for final payment to the Commonwealth Electric Company on Project t70-0-A..
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLVR)UTH.,
The final payment in the amount of $1.780.10 is hereby approved
to be made to the Commonwealth Electric Company, 554 Broadway,
St Paul, Minn. 55101 for Project 070-0-A Pumphouse N2 Construction.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson,'
Hunt and Spaeth The following voted against (abstained).
None Whereupon the resolution was declared
duly passed and adopted.

1, the undersigned. being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth,`` Minnesota,' hereby certify that I have carefully

1971, with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a
full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
