CALLING FOR PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
20th day of September, 1971.
The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt,
Spaeth and Johnson. The following member was absent: Councilman Hintz.
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-335
WHEREAS, a report has been given by the Village Engineer to the
Village Council on September 15, 1971 recommending the scheduling of
a public hearing for installation of a watermain on Nathan Lane from
Pilgrim Lane to 26th Ave. No. for which it is estimated the coat will
be $7,200.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
"1. The Council will consider the aforesaid improvement in
accordance with the report and the assessment of property
abutting or within said boundaries for all or a portion
of the cost of the improvement pursuant to M.S.A. Sec.
429.011 to 429.111. at an estimated total cost of the
improvement as shown.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improve-
ment on the4thday of October, 1971 at 7:30 o'clock P.M.
in the Council Chambers of the Public Works Municipal
Building. The Village Engineer shall give published
notice of such hearing and improvement as required by
law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing, resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof¢ Mayor Rilde, Councilmen Johnson,
Hunt and Spaeth. The following voted against or abstained: None.
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of
the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared -the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of
the Village Council of said Village held on September 20, 1971, with
the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true
and complete transcript therefrom.
