Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular, f9PW4Wdq9 meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on
the 20th day of September , 1971. The following -members were
present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Spaeth and Hunt
The following members were absent: Councilman Hintz _
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution
and moved its a.:oation:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-334
. WHEREAS, Ban Can, Inc., 905 Parkway Drive, St. Paul, Minn.
developers of Chelsea Woods, County Road 86 and Dunkirk Lane, petitioned
for approval of a variance to the building code for garage construction.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
Approval is hereby granted to Ban Con, Inc. for a variance to
the building code allowing Ban Con, Inc. to construct detached
garages 8 feet from the main structure in the Chelsea Woods
development according to the Uniform Building Code requirements.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Spaeth
and Johnsoh. The following voted mg4belrt (abstained).
Councilman Hunt Whereupon the resolution was declared
duly passed and adopted.

Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully

full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
