EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF REGULAR
MEETING OF VILLAGE COUNCIL
OF VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
September 20, 1971
Pursnant to due call and notice thereof a regular
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth was held
on September 20, 1971 at the Public Works Building, 14900 - 23rd
Avenue North, commencing at 6:40 o'clock p.m. The following
members were present: "tayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Spaeth and
aunt.
The following members were absent: Councilman Hintz
Councilman Spaeth introduced the
following resolution and moved its adoption:
"RESOLUTION NO. 71--333
A RESOLUTION SETTING A DATE
FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON VACATION
OF CERTAIN UTILITY EASEMENTS
IN A PORTION OF SHOREWOOD ACRES
ADDITION TO PLYMOUTH, SECTION 11,
TOWNSHIP 118 NORTH, RANGE 22 WEST.
WHEREAS, consideration has been given by the Council
to the vacation of the Southerly 5.0 feet of the following
described utility easement:
An easement for utility purposes over,
under, across and through the North 10.0
feet of the South 125.0 feet of the East
15.0 feet of Lot 5 and over, under, across
and through the North 10.0 feet of the
South 125.0 feet of. Lot 6, all in Block 2,
Shorewood Acres Addition, Village of
Plymouth, Hennepin County, State of
Minnesota,
and
WHEREAS, the Council on its own initiation desires that
a public hearing shall be held with respect to such vacation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE I4 HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE
COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS:
1. That a public hearing be held on the 18th day
of October, 1971, at the 'Tillage Public Works Garage,
14900 - 23"rd Avenue North, commencing at 7:30 o'clock,
p.m, to consider the vacation of the Southerly 5.0 feet
of the aforedescribed utility easement.

2. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to cause
? notice of the hearing to be published in the legal
newspaper of the Village as required by law and to
post said notice of hearing as required by law."
The above motion was seconded by Councilman Johnson

r and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor
thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Spaeth and Hunt.
The following voted against: None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and
adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting
Village Clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby
certify that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing
extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of
said Village held September 20, 1971 with the original thereof on
file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete trans-
cript
ranscript therefrom insofar as the same relates to setting 'a date for
public hearing on vacation of certain utility easements in a
portion of Shorewood Acres Addition to Plymouth, Section 11,
Township 118 North, Range 22 West.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such Village Clerk and
the corporate seal of the Village this 23rd day of September
1971.
