HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1971-325VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the ; 13th day of September, 1971. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Eunt. The following members were absent: None Councilman Hunt _ introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO -71 -325 - RESOLUTION DIRECTING PREPARATION OF ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS LISTED BELOW IN ACCORDANCE WITH FINANCE DI;cECTOR'S LIST OF SEPTEMBER 10, 1971. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE II VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA AS FOLLOWS: 1. The Village Clerk with the assistance of Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for the improvement against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the district affected in accordance with the provisions of Section 429.061, Minnesota Statutes. The above motion was duly seconded by Colmeilman Joh"Ann and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt.
