Councilman Johnson introduced the
following resolution and moved its adoption:
"RESOLUTION NO. 71-324
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE USE OF EMINENT
DOMAIN TO ACQUIRE PERMANENT AND TEMPORARY
EASEMENTS IN CONNECTION WITH THE INSTALLATION
OF UTILITIES FOR PROJECT 71-0,A-1.
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE. COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
1. It is hereby determined to be necessary, proper
and expedient and in the interest of the public
health, convenience and general welfare of the
citizens of the Village of Plymouth to acquire by
I eminent domain permanent and temporary easements
' in connection with the installation of utilities,
for Project 71-0,A-1, said easements being
described in Schedule A, attached hereto and made
a part hereof as though fully set forth at this
point.
2. The Mayor and Village Attorney of"the Village of
Plymouth are hereby authorized to acquire the
necessary lands for the aforementioned purposes
and to take any and all legal steps necessary
to such proceedings."
The above motion was seconded by r.......etimae Hunt
and upon vote being taken the following voted in favor thereof:
