HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1971-319VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 13th day of September, 1971. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. The following members were absent: None. Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 71-319 WHEREAS, Gerald Roddy asked that the Council approve his request to proceed with the plans for Project 171-1,0,8,9-D Sunny Acres Third Addition Streets, Sewer, Water, Concrete Curb and Gutter Improvements. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: 1. Such improvements as set out above for Sunny Acres Third Addition are hereby ordered as proposed. ; 2. The Village Engineer is hereby directed to have the plans and specifications prepared for the making of such improvements. 3. This Project is to be combined with the Kraetz Lake Storm Sewer Project to be let this year for completion next spring, 1972. The motion for Che adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt.
