Purauaut-to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the E
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
13th day of September, 1971. The following members were present:
Mayor Hilde,, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. The following
members were absent: None
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-318
WHEREAS, Jim Parker of the Metro Development Corporation, 12700
Wayzata Blvd., Minnetonka, Minn. 55343, has requested approval of
the Sagamore Addition site improvements, including streets and that
the bond for same be released, and acceptance be made for their
Irrevocable Letter of Credit for remaining unfinished work.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE Cl.�1NCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
Approval is hereby given to the :Metro Development Corporation
for the Sagamore Addition site improvements, including streets
and that bond for same will be released. Their Irrevocable
Letter of Credit effective through August 13, 1974 is hereby
accepted to cover additional unfinished work, such as sodding,
and said letter shall be released when all work is completed.
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson,
Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. The following voted against or abstained: None.
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of
the Village Council of said Village held on September 13, 1971, with
the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a fall, true
and complete transcript therefrom.
WITNESS, by hand officially an such Clerk and the corporate seal of
the Village this 20th day of September, 1971.
