Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
13th day of September, 1971. The following members were present:
Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. The following
members were absent: None.
Councilman Hintz introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-316
WHEREAS, Mrs. Dorothy Follese, 2810 Major Ave. N., Golden Valley,
Minnesota, requested approval for a :ubdiv:air,n waiver of. Plat 43724,
Parcel 5270.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
l.That the requirements of Ordinance 566-1 of the Village of
Plymouth passed on Jamiary. 10, 1966, and filed on April 6,
1966, in Book 1035 of Miscellaneous Records, page 4979
Register of Deeds, Hennepin County, Minnesota, relating to
the conveyance of parcels of land less than five (5) acres
in area and 300 feet in width are hereby waived as to the
following described lands:
Tract A:
That part of Government Lot 1 lying North of Westerly
extension of North line of Southeast k of Northwest k
and lying South of North 735 feet thereof also that part
of 300 feet of Northerly 735 feet of Government Lot 1 lying
East of West 416 feet thereof_,except road.
.Tract B:
Beginning at a point in Northerly line of Government Lut
1 distance 416 feet,East from Northwest corner thereof
thence East 60 feet thence South 208 feet thence East 178
feet thence North 208 feet to said North line thence East
to a point 500 feet West from Northeast corner of said
Government Lot l thence South parallel with East line
thereof 435 feet thence West parallel with Northerly line
thereof to Easterly line of Westerly 416 feet of said
Government Lot 1 thence North 435 feet to beginning
except road.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson,
Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. The following voted against or abstained: None.
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of.
the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have care-
fully compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular
meeting of the Village Council of said Village held September 13,
1971, with the original thereof on file in my office and the same
is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the
same relates to a resolution waiving subdivision requirements for
Plat 43724, Parcel 5270.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such clerk and the corporate seal
of the Village this 26th day of October, 1971.
