HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1971-315VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and Mice thereof. a special meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 21rd day of August, 1971. The following members were present: Mayor Hilda, Councilman Hints. Spaeth and Hunt. Councilman Johnson was absent. Councilman Hints introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 71-315 WHEREAS, the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth was requested to authorise the Village Manager to apply for Federal and State funds for the improvement of certain parka in the Village. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: "The Village Manager is hereby authorised to proceed to file an application for Federal and State funds to Improve the Wast and Bast Medicine Lake Park areas as outlined in the August 20. 1971 memo from the Village Planner. Tod the Village will not be obligated in any way with this agreement." The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the folloviag voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilman Hints.
