The following member:+ were prtsent: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Hunt and Spaeth The following members care absent: Councilman Johnson Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and movcd its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 71-314 WHEREAS, approval for variance of the 50 foot front yard setback requirement in Creekwood Heights Second Addition was requested. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: Approval is hereby given allowing a variance of 15 feet from the renuired 50 foot front yard setback requirement for the development of Creekwood Heights Second Addition. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman SpaetA and upon vote being taken thereon, the folloljing voted in favor tl,ereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Hunt, Spaeth.
