RESOLUTION ORDERING 114PROVEMNT-S:&
PREPARATION OF PLANS
Pursuant to ('us call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
23rd day of August, 1971.
The following members were present: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Hintz,
Spaeth and Aunt. Councilman Johnson was out of town.

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and mov.,!d its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-311
WHEREAS, a Resolution of the Village Council adopted the 21st day
of June, 1971, fixed the 18th day of August, 1971, as the date for a
public hearing on Project #71-2,B graetz Lake Storm Sewer Outfall
Improvement with respect to the following describedproperties, to -wit:
Southeast k of Northwest h, Section 19.
Lots 1 & 2, Block 2, Hughes Addition, Section 19.
Lots 1-8, Block 1: Lots -1-11, Block 2; Lots 1-3, Block 3;

f WHEREAS, all property owners whose property is liable to be assessed

4 for the making of said; improvement was given ten days published notice of
l the Council hearing.through two weekly publications of the required notice
and the tearing was held and the property owners heard on the 18th day
of August, 1971.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE

OF PLYMOUTH:

1. Such improvement as set out above and for the properties
p as above indicated are hereby ordered as proposed in the
Council Resolution adopted June 21, 1971.
2. The Village Manager is hereby directed to have the plans
and specificscions prepared.,for the making of such
improvement based on Alternate fl, as described in the
preliminary report dated'December 29, 1970.
3. Construction of said project shall be completed by
March 1, 1972 with cleanup completed by -June 15, 1972.
j The r%.otlon for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was.duly
seconded by Councilman Hintz and upon vote being takan thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Spaeth
and Hunt. No one voted against or abstained.
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly -passed and adopted.

Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a special meeting
of the Village Council of paid Village held August 23, 1971, with .the
original thereof on file In my office and'the same is a full, true and
complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to Project l71 -2,B.
