Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular, ( meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, ?Minnesota was held on
the 16th day of August , 1971. The following members were
present: MaZoi Hilde, Councilman Johnson„ Spaeth and Hunt
The following members were absents Councilman Hintz
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-304
WHEREAS, the General Fund disbursement for the period ending
August 16, 1971 van submitted for approval.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
Approval for the General Fund disbursement 4#m the mount
of $1,037,229.22 is hereby given.
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilman Hunt.
Spaeth and Johnson The following voted against (abstained).
None . Whereupon the resolution vas declared
duly passed and adopted.
