Pursuanttodue call and notice thereof, a regular, 6upechoW meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota .,as held on
she 16th day of August , 1971. The following members were
present. Mayor 1111de, Councilmen Johnson, Spaeth and Runt
The following members were absent: Councilmen Hintz

Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution
land moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-303
WHEREAS, the Construction and Sinking Fund was submitted for
approval.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HERESY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
The Construction b Sinking Fund in the amount of $7.90 for the
period ending July 30, 1971 is hereby approved.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Counciimae Rune and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda. Councilmen Johnson,
Spaeth and Runt . The following voted against (abstained).
none . Whereupon the resolution was declared
duly passed and adopted.
