" - Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was
`iheld on the 16th day of August, 1971. The following members were
i
jpresent: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hunt and Spaeth. 'he
.,following members were absent: Councilman Hintz.
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-301
WHEREAS, approval was requested for the Ponderosa Final Plat Plan to be
developed West of Dunkirk Lane between 25th and 28th Avenues North,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the Final Plat Plan for Ponderosa and the Develop-
ment -Contract is hereby accepted. Everest Lane shall have an adequate cul
de sac easement included in said plat.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being taken
;thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde,
jjCouncilmen Johnson, Hunt and Spaeth'. The following voted against:

,j None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and
li adopted.

pared the foregoing.extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village
Council of said Village held on August 16, 1972 with the original thereof on
filee in my office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript
therefrom.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such Clerk and the corporate seal of the
Village this 27th day of October, 1972.
