Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular, (,,I ol) meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on
the 16th day of August , 1971. The following -members were
present: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson, Hunt and Spaeth
The following members were absent: Councilman Hintz
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-299
WHEREAS, Ban Con, Inc. requested that Blocks 5 and 6 be specified
instead of Blocks 8 and 10 in Resolution No. 71-272.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
"Amendment is hereby approved to insert "Blocks 5 and 6" in the
Chelsea Woods Final Pipt Plan Resolution No. 71-272 and delete
Blocks 8 and 10 as originally specified."
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in fevor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Cr.uncilmen Johnson +�
and Spaeth . The following voted (abstained),I
Councilman Hunt . Whereupon the resolution was declared
duly passed and adopted.
