NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY 11a VILLAM COiXIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PMOUTH:
Approval Is hereby given for a Conditional Use Permit to
Raymond Pacyga, 805 Lanwood Laos, to operate a Woly Salon
at this address.
