VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular, (9:1) meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on
the 2nd day of August , 1971. The following members were
present:__ Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt
The following members were absent: none
Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution
�and'moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION N0. 71-290
WHEREAS, Project #70-0,A Pumphouse #f2 has been completed and the
Krueger Construction Company requested final payment.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
Final payment to the Krueger Construction Company is hereby
approved in the amount of $1,589.50 for Pumphouse #2 Project
/70-0,A.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon,' I
the following voted in favor thereof:__ Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson,
Hintz, Hunt and Spaeth . The following voted against (abstained).
none Whereupon the resolutior..was declared
duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualif'cd and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully

meeting of the Village Council of said Village held on August 2
1971, with the original thereof on f.le in my office and the same is a
full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
