Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular, 6npnc&W meeting
�of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on
the 2nd day of August , 1971. The following me.,ibers were
present: Mayor Hilda. Comncilmen Johnson. Hintz. Spaeth and Hunt
The following members were absent: none
Councilman Hunt
and moved its adoption:
introduced the following, Resolution
RESOLUTION NO. 71-289
WHEREAS, Mr. Rex LaPorte, 5605 Lawndale Lane requested a Conditional
Use Permit to set up a moblie home on his property to serve as a dwelling
unit for hired help.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
I VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
Approval is hereby given to issue a Conditional Use Permit to
Rex LaPorte, 5605 Lawndale Lane, to place a mobile home on his
property.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly

seconded by Councilman Hints and upon vote being taken thereon,
Mayor Hilda Councilman Johnson
