OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular, (apuaM ) meeting of the Village.Council of the Tillage of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 2nd day of August 1971. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt IThe following members were absent: none *** Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution � and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 71-288 WHEREAS, Mrs. Lorraine Beset, 11624 State Highway #55, requested approval of a Conditional Use Permit to winterize part of her garage so she will have more space for her poodle grooming business operation. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: A Conditional Use Permit is hereby approved for Lorraine Beam at 11624 State Highway #55, for the period of one year (August 1, 1972) for an addition to her poodle grooming business facilities. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson and Hunt. The following voted against (aboandsmoW. Councilmen Hintz and Spaeth Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STAT$ OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN ) SS.
