Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a tXguDar, (special) meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on
the 26th day of July , 1971. The following members were
present: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Hunt and Spaeth
The following members were absent: none
Councilman Johnson introduced the following Pesolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-287
WHEREAS, Mr. Harwood Heggin, 5027 Sheridan Ave. N., Minneapolis
submitted a waiver for public hearing covering his request for sewer
and water utilities to his property, Plat 43740, Parcel 2000.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
0:m.%* Order i3 is hereby approved with Northdale Construction,
$208 Northwood Parkway, Minneapolis for extension of sanitary
sewer and water main to Plat 43740, Parcel 2000, Lot 10, Aud. Subd.
333 owned by Mr: Harwood Reggin. (26th to 36th Ave. Water 8 Sewer
Project)
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, i
Hints, Hunt and Spaeth The following voted against (abstained).
none Whereupon the resolution was declared
duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a (special)
meeting of the Village Council of said Village held on July26 ,
1971, with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a
full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such Clerk and the corporate seal of
