Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a mepu&mr, (special) meet`ng
1 of. the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on
+ the 26th day of July 1971. The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt
The following members were absent: None
Councilman Johnson introduced the following, Resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION N0. 71-285
WHEREAS, Village disbursements for the period ending July 26, 1971
were submitted for Council approval.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
{ VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
The following disbursements for the period ending July 26, 1971
are hereby approved:
General Fund Disbursement in the amount of $81,856.70.
Construction & Sinking Fund Disbursement in the amount
of $462,092.76.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson,

Hunt, Hintz and Spaeth The following voted against (abstained).'
none Whereupon the resolution was declared
duly passed and adorced.
