Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
26th day of July, 1971. The following wuusbers were present.
Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. No one was
absent.

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and waved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-281-A
WHEREAS, the ,Bassett Creek Flood Control Commission, 7800 Golden
Valley Road, Golden Valley, Minnesota submitted a copy of their Proposed
Budget for the Bassett Greek Flood Control Commission dated June 17. 1971
fur the Council of the Village of Plymouth to,teviev. and approve the
assessed valuation for the'Vill'age-of Plymouth As, aet forth 1% said bufto .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT BERM, RESOLVED" BY THE VILLAGE ODURCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
"Approval is hereby given for the Bassett Crack Flood Control
Commission's Proposed 1972 Budget in the amount of $13.236
for the Village of Plymouth. The Village Manager is hereby
directed to include this mount in the Village Budget set
forth for 1972."
The notion for the adoption, of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilmn Johmon and upon vote: being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson.
Hintz, Spaeth and Runt. Ho one voted against or abstained. Whereupon
the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
