Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, .& special meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
19th day of July, 1971. The following members were present:
Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson, Spaeth and Hunt. Councilman Hintz
waa absent.

Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-281
WHEREAS. a continuation of the Board of Review held on June
30, 1971 was held and the Village Assessor reconsidered the market
valuation assessment figure set forth on Plat 44558, Parcel 8010. It
was his request that the Council approve his recommendation to reduce
the valuation of $38,100, not on this property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
The Assessor's recommendation is hereby accepted and approval
is hereby given to reduce the market valuation on Plat 44558,
Parcel 8010, for Gary Guthrie. 705 Vicksburg Lane, from
$38*100 to $36,000.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Spaeth and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted iq favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson.
Spaeth and Hunt. No one voted against or abstained. Whereupon the
resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

i., the undersigned, being the duly qualified and seting Clerk of
the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have care-
fully compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a special meeting
of the Village Council of said Village held on July 19, 1971, with the
original thereof an file in my office and the same is a full, true and
complete transcript therefrom.
